Who We Are:

Dial Manufacturing, Inc. is in the business of providing replacement parts and accessories for evaporative coolers. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, it is owned and operated by the same family that founded it in 1965. Dial is the undisputed industry leader, with the broadest product assortment and packaging options available.

Our products are sold by all of the major hardware retailers in the USA, including The Home Depot, Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Ace Hardware, True Value, and Do it Best. We also distribute through all major hardware wholesalers and HVAC distributors. In addition, our products are sold in Mexico and the Middle East.

1. Dial has full-time factory representatives in all of the major metropolitan markets where evaporative cooling is utilized. Each one is a seasoned professional with an average of 15 years experience with Dial. They know the uniqueness of each market, provide in-store service and product knowledge training.

2. Dial has an in-house Engineering Dept. whose expertise is reflected in the design, production, and quality control of our products. In a world where an increasing number of products are manufactured overseas, Dial has manufactured the great majority of its cooler pumps in-house since 1995. Maintaining this close watch on production and quality has resulted in the lowest return rate in the company's history. As a testament to their quality, many evaporative cooler OEM's use Dial pumps in their coolers.
