MOTOR WARRANTY

CREDIT PROCEDURE

MOTOR WARRANTY CREDIT PROCEDURE:

Consumer: Return to motor dealer or retailer.

Dealer or Retailer: In order for motor to qualify for return and credit, motor must:

1 - Have manufacturing defect (see Motor Warranty page for conditions not covered by warranty).

2 - Have motor manufacturer nameplate.

3 - Be returned within one year of purchase date, not to exceed 24 months from date of manufacture.

In most cases, Authorized Dial Representatives will field scrap motors and issue appropriate reports requesting credit.  If motor needs to be returned to Dial, customer must call Return Goods Department (800-350-DIAL) for Return Goods Report Authorization Number and ship prepaid to Dial.  Dial will not accept any returns without proper RGR Authorization Number.
