to qualify for return and credit, motor must: |

| 1 - | Have manufacturing defect (see
Motor Warranty page for conditions not covered by warranty). |

| 2 - | Have motor manufacturer
nameplate. |

| 3 - | Be returned within one year of
purchase date, not to exceed 24 months from date of manufacture. |

| In most cases, Authorized Dial Representatives will field scrap motors and issue appropriate reports requesting credit. If motor needs to be returned to Dial, customer must call Return Goods Department (800-350-DIAL) for Return Goods Report Authorization Number and ship prepaid to Dial. Dial will not accept any returns without proper RGR Authorization Number. | ||
