WARRANTY CREDIT PROCEDURE

Return product to dealer or retailer.

Dealer or Retailer:

Defective motors, pumps, canvas covers and CoolMist™ products must be inspected and field scrapped only by an authorized Dial representative for warranty credit to be issued.

In areas not serviced by an authorized Dial representative, customer may call Dial Return Goods Department (800-350-3425) for instructions on handling defective merchandise.  If instructed to return merchandise to Dial by Return Goods Department, ship goods prepaid by UPS.  Shipment must include Return Goods Authorization number, reason for return and list of items returned.  All warranty returns are subject to inspection at Dial before credit is issued.

Warranty credit will be issued to customer account and applied to next purchase from Dial.

Dial does not provide for Buy Backs of excess merchandise at the end of the cooler parts season.
