Parts are warranted for 90 days from date of retail sale. Parts returned to dealer must be accompanied by a sales receipt, showing a purchase date within 90 days of return date.
Credit will not be issued for abused, altered or improperly installed parts.
Covers are warranted for one year from date of retail sale.
Warranty includes canvas material and workmanship (manufacturing defects), i.e. loose grommets, stitching, canvas material. Warranty does not include mold damage, installation abuse, or use other than covering an evaporative cooler.
Product, kits and parts are warranted only for material and workmanship (manufacturing defects).
Warranty does not include nozzles clogged by sediment or calcium and leaking caused by improper installation.

Defective motors, pumps, canvas covers and CoolMist™
products must be inspected and field scrapped only by an authorized Dial
representative for warranty credit to be issued. |

In areas not serviced by an authorized Dial
representative, customer may call Dial Return Goods Department
(800-350-3425) for instructions on handling defective merchandise.
If instructed to return merchandise to Dial by Return Goods Department,
ship goods prepaid by UPS. Shipment must include Return Goods
Authorization number, reason for return and list of items
returned. All warranty returns are subject to inspection at Dial
before credit is issued. |

Dial does not provide for Buy Backs of excess merchandise
at the end of the cooler parts season. |
