MOTOR WARRANTY

Cooler motors are warranted by motor manufacturer for one year from date of retail sale, or 24 months from date of manufacture, whichever occurs first.  Motors returned to retailer must be accompanied by a sales receipt showing purchase date within one year of return date.  Credit will not be issued for motors found to be in normal operating condition.

MOTORS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:

Out of Date Sales Receipt or Manufacturing Code:

Motors with a manufacturing code date exceeding 24 months old will not be accepted by Dial.  Motors must arrive at Dial in Phoenix or be field destroyed by Sales Rep before the expiration of 24 month allowance.  Date codes appear on motor nameplates.

Only motors that are returned to Dial, or destroyed by Sales Rep, before the 24 month period expires and that are within one year of retail sale will be eligible for credit.
